Greg has continually been recognized as a Top Producer within Coldwell Banker International, consistently achieving the "International Presidents Premier" designation for Sales Volume, Gross Closed Commission Income and Closed Transactions. Only 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide achieve this designation. Specialization A licensed Realtor since 1979, Greg specializes in residential properties and income properties up to 16 units. Greg has extensive experience in corporate relocation and bank owned properties (REO'S). Since 1983, Greg has worked with and watched the relocation industry grow, with small companies merging with larger ones to provide better service to their corporate clients. Greg currently works with all of the major relocation companies, including Cendant Mobility, Prudential, GMAC, Weichert and their clients Chevron, Schlumberger, Oxy, Frito Lay, Aera, Halliburton and numerous smaller companies. Over the last few years we have seen the real estate market change dramatically with all of the foreclosures and due to the market changes Greg has had the opportunity to work with many asset managers handling the sales of the bank owned properties. Countrywide, Bank of America, Washington Mutual are just a few of the banks that Greg has had the opportunity to work with. Greg's experience, knowledge and teamwork are invaluable to you when buying or selling a home. Personal Born and raised in Bakersfield, Greg is married to Stephanie, they have three grown children and one child still at home. When not selling homes, Greg enjoys vulunteering at his church, and spending time and vacationing with his family. One of the great things about Bakersfield is it's proximity to the mountains and both Southern California and Central California Beaches.
